1. By Appointment Only
To preserve a private, boutique atmosphere and guarantee personalized, unhurried care, we see Guests strictly by scheduled appointment. We recommend planning ahead to confirm your preferred treatment time.
2. The Initial Consultation
Clinical precision begins with a thorough understanding.
For services requiring an initial consultation or treatment assessment, we take the time to understand your concerns, evaluate relevant treatment considerations, discuss your aesthetic goals, and thoughtfully design an individualized approach suited to your needs.
3. Appointment Policy
Your appointment secures a dedicated treatment suite and the exclusive time of our skin and laser specialists.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to modify or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments modified or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to the applicable cancellation or missed-appointment fee.
Repeated short-notice modifications, cancellations, or missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment to secure future availability.
4. Arrival Etiquette
To fully immerse yourself in the La Vie experience, we recommend arriving a few minutes prior to your scheduled time.
In the event of a late arrival, we will make every effort to still complete your treatment. However, to maintain punctuality for subsequent Guests, your treatment duration may be shortened, modified, or rescheduled to ensure the integrity of your care is never compromised.
5. Health, Safety & Eligibility
Your health and safety remain our highest priority.
Certain medical conditions, medications, recent UV or sun exposure, active skin conditions, pregnancy when relevant, or other individual circumstances may affect your eligibility for specific advanced laser or corrective treatments.
If necessary, your specialist may recommend modifying, postponing, or declining a treatment to protect your safety and maintain appropriate treatment standards.
We kindly ask that you inform your provider of any relevant changes to your health, medications, skin condition, or recent sun exposure prior to treatment.
6. Clinical Outcomes
Every individual’s skin and treatment response are influenced by a unique combination of genetics, medical history, hormones, lifestyle, treatment consistency, and adherence to recommended home care.
