La Vie Spa provides laser hair removal, advanced skincare, HydraFacial, laser skin treatments, and related aesthetic services in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Services are provided by appropriately trained and licensed professionals, as applicable, and certain services are provided under medical supervision as required.

Our website is intended to provide general information about La Vie Spa and the services we offer. The information provided on this website does not replace an individualized consultation, professional assessment, treatment-specific informed consent, or medical advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare provider.

2. Consultations, Treatment Eligibility & Professional Discretion

Certain services may require a consultation or treatment assessment to determine candidacy, appropriate treatment parameters, and individualized recommendations.

Eligibility for treatment may depend on factors including, but not limited to, medical history, medications, allergies, skin type and condition, recent sun or UV exposure, pregnancy status when relevant, prior treatments, contraindications, and other individual circumstances.

La Vie Spa reserves the right to modify, postpone, discontinue, or decline a treatment when reasonably determined to be appropriate for client safety, treatment suitability, professional standards, or applicable requirements.

A recommendation to postpone or decline treatment is made in the interest of client safety and does not constitute a guarantee regarding future treatment eligibility.

3. Minors

Certain La Vie Spa services may be available to minors age 16 or older, subject to treatment eligibility and La Vie Spa policies.

For clients under the age of 18, appropriate written consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian are required in accordance with applicable law and La Vie Spa procedures.

La Vie Spa reserves the right to determine whether a particular service is appropriate for a minor and may decline or postpone treatment when appropriate.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

La Vie Spa operates by appointment to preserve dedicated treatment time and a private, personalized environment.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled or modified with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to the applicable cancellation or missed-appointment fee. Repeated short-notice cancellations, modifications, or missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be reserved.

Clients arriving late will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible. However, a late arrival may require the treatment to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled so that subsequent appointments and appropriate treatment standards are not compromised.

5. Pricing & Payment

Current pricing is available through La Vie Spa and our booking platform. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due at the time services or products are purchased or provided.

A future change in pricing does not alter the amount already paid for a completed purchase, except as expressly agreed or required by law.

Promotions, special offers, packages, and discounts may be subject to eligibility requirements, availability, stated promotional periods, and other conditions described with the applicable offer.

6. Laser Hair Removal Packages & Treatment Series

Laser hair removal is a progressive treatment process. Multiple sessions are generally necessary because individual hairs respond differently depending on their stage in the hair-growth cycle.

Results vary among individuals and may be influenced by factors including hair characteristics, skin type, treatment area, hormonal influences, medical conditions, medications, treatment consistency, and adherence to recommended pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

Significant long-term hair reduction may be achieved, but complete or permanent removal of all hair is not guaranteed.

Package Duration & Treatment Schedule

Laser hair removal packages are structured around a recommended treatment schedule designed to support optimal results by treating hair during appropriate stages of the growth cycle.

Consistent attendance and adherence to the treatment schedule recommended by your provider are important components of the treatment process.

Eight-session packages must be completed within 12 months of the first treatment.

Twelve-session packages must be completed within 18 months of the first treatment.

Unused sessions remaining after the applicable package period will expire.

Extensions may be considered when treatment must be postponed because of pregnancy, a medical condition, medication changes, treatment contraindications, or other circumstances that La Vie Spa determines reasonably prevented treatment from continuing. Extensions are not guaranteed and will be evaluated individually.

Little or no visible hair regrowth does not necessarily mean that a treatment series is complete. Clients are encouraged to follow the treatment schedule recommended by their provider rather than independently postponing treatments.

Package Purchases & Refunds

Laser hair removal packages represent a commitment to a complete treatment series.

All laser hair removal package purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

No full or partial refunds will ordinarily be issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, a client’s decision to discontinue treatment, scheduling preferences, relocation, or failure to complete a package within the applicable package period.

If La Vie Spa determines that a client should permanently discontinue treatment for a medical, safety, or candidacy reason, La Vie Spa may review the individual circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

Package Transferability

Laser hair removal packages are individualized treatment purchases and are non-transferable. Package sessions may be used only by the client for whom the package was purchased.

Maintenance Treatments

After completion of a laser hair removal package or treatment series, occasional maintenance treatments may be recommended depending on individual hair-regrowth patterns, hormonal influences, treatment area, and other individual factors.

Maintenance treatments are not included in a completed package unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Third-Party Financing

Certain purchases may be eligible for financing through an independent third-party financing provider.

Financing arrangements are separate agreements between the client and the financing provider. Approval, payment schedules, interest or financing charges, and other financing terms are established by the applicable financing provider.

Once a financed La Vie Spa purchase has been completed, the client’s obligations to the financing provider remain governed by the financing agreement and are not canceled because the client chooses not to use or complete the purchased services.

La Vie Spa is not responsible for financing terms, charges, or obligations imposed by an independent financing provider.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from La Vie Spa are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law, and may not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Gift cards may be given to another recipient before their first use. Once a gift card has been redeemed in whole or in part and associated with a client account, any remaining balance is non-transferable and may be used only by that client.

Gift cards may be used toward eligible La Vie Spa services or retail products and are subject to current pricing and availability.

Gift cards may not be combined with promotions, discounts, or other offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purchased La Vie Spa gift cards do not expire and are not subject to post-sale dormancy or maintenance fees, except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

A promotional or complimentary certificate, promotional service, package, discount, or other offer provided without separate monetary consideration may be subject to specifically disclosed eligibility, redemption, or promotional conditions as permitted by applicable law.

9. Retail Product Purchases

We want you to feel confident in the products selected for your skincare routine.

Unopened and unused retail products in their original, resalable condition may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Exchanges and credits are subject to product availability and La Vie Spa’s reasonable discretion.

For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used products are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you experience an unexpected adverse reaction to a product, please discontinue use and contact La Vie Spa promptly. We will be happy to review the concern with you. Proof of purchase and reasonable documentation of the reaction may be required. When appropriate, La Vie Spa may offer an exchange or store credit toward another product at its discretion.

Products that are damaged or defective at the time of purchase should be reported promptly so that we may evaluate the product and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Original-payment refunds are not generally provided for retail products except where required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

10. Health Information & Client Responsibilities

Your safety depends in part on receiving complete and accurate information before and throughout your treatment relationship with La Vie Spa.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information requested in connection with treatment, including relevant medical history, medications, allergies, health conditions, pregnancy when applicable, recent procedures, skin changes, sun or UV exposure, and other information that could affect treatment eligibility or safety.

Clients are also expected to follow applicable pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions; follow sun-exposure and treatment-preparation guidance; inform their provider of relevant changes in medications, health conditions, or skin status before treatment; and ask questions when treatment instructions or recommendations are unclear.

Failure to follow treatment instructions or disclose relevant information may affect treatment eligibility, safety, comfort, or results and may require treatment to be postponed or discontinued.

11. Informed Consent

Certain treatments require treatment-specific consent forms or acknowledgments before services are provided.

These Terms do not replace those documents.

Before undergoing an applicable treatment, clients may receive information concerning the nature of the treatment, anticipated benefits, material risks or side effects, alternatives when appropriate, preparation, aftercare, and other information relevant to informed decision-making.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions before consenting to treatment.

12. Treatment Outcomes

Every individual’s response to aesthetic treatment is different.

Treatment results may be affected by genetics, age, medical history, hormones, lifestyle, skin characteristics, hair characteristics, treatment consistency, home care, sun exposure, medications, and other factors.

La Vie Spa is committed to providing individualized care using professional judgment, appropriate technologies, and established treatment protocols. However, specific outcomes, degrees of improvement, treatment duration, or individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, examples, descriptions, and educational materials presented by La Vie Spa illustrate individual experiences or possible outcomes and do not constitute a promise or guarantee that another client will achieve the same result.

13. Website Information & No Medical Advice

Information provided on the La Vie Spa website, social media accounts, educational materials, emails, or other general communications is provided for informational and educational purposes.
